Setting Locale Workaround / Fix

Add into root’s .bashrc.

$ nano .bashrc

export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8
export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

Close and save the file, then source it from the terminal.

$ source .bashrc
