Installing OpenVPN on MacOS
Tunnelblick
Go to the App Store or to Tunnelblick’s Website and download/install Tunnelblick.
- Once Tunnelblick is installed drag and drop your .ovpn certificate to the icon in the dockbar.
- Open it up and go to the Details/Settings button in the top right Tunnelblick icon.
- Click your connection and go to the “Advanced” button under “Settings/Preferences”
- Enable “Allow changes to manually-set network settings”
Finally, connect to the VPN by clicking the Tunnelblick icon and hitting connect.
OpenVPN (WIP)

but many of the concepts in the Tunnelblick section can be applied to OpenVPN.
